@mscuppycake:  Most enjoyable part of my wedding day is a hard one to pick out, but aside from marrying my best friend if I could pick only one moment it was when my dad danced like a chipmunk to “I Like Big Butts” in order to win my garter. My dad is a war veteran with a bad ankle, and he twisted his ankle to get up there and dance for it even though he was SO against going out there. It was perfect:

The biggest hit of my wedding was when DH and I sang God, a Woman, and a Man. It was a complete surprise to everyone except the pianist and Pastor. Every single guest told us how beautiful it was, and how that was the most unique wedding they have ever been to.

I loved our first look and the couple portraits we did afterward. I was so excited for the rest of the day, but I was off being “pampered” and photographed with my husband and everybody thought I was the most beautiful person in the world. The only thing that was going through my head was him and I, and we were both just so happy and loving eachother.

Oh man, I seriously just sat here for 5 minutes thinking about this one really hard. I think my favorite part of our wedding was exchanging our personal vows with each other! 🙂

The biggest hit on our wedding day? Probably the shoe game! 🙂

My favourite part was our 3 “special dances”.

First up was the Father-Daughter dance for me and my dad, which we did to an instrumental version of Prima Donna from Phantom of the Opera.  During the dance I told me dad I hadn’t listened to the whole song and sure enough, at the end the classic ‘phantom’ music kicked in and we did a weird little spin-fling move which was hilarious!

Next was the Mother-Son/Stepdad-Daughter dance, where my stepdad said some incredibly heartfelt and unexpected things to me which made both of us bawl for the whole dance.

And finally was our “first dance” which we did to Hopeless Wanderer by Mumford and Sons.  The first verse the two of us were singing to eachother the whole time, and then when the song picked up everyone joined us on the dance floor and it was amazing!!  I think it was a pretty big hit with our guests too!

My favorite part was sitting at the head of the table, looking down the line at all of our very favorite people eating, drinking, laughing, and smiling in the soft glow of candlelight and my wine haze. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves, and then stealing a glance at Mr. LK, who was sitting next to me, holding my hand, and soaking in the very same scene….. yeah, that was magic right there.

My favorite part of the day was the first look photos

It was pretty much the only part of the day I felt at ease and not annoyed/pissed off/angry/upset with anyone……

My immediate family (mom and dad) along with some other “wonderful” guests were really out of line during the ceremony and reception……

The most enjoyable part of our wedding day for me was our entrance dance. I choreographed a dance to Party Rock Anthem (LMFAO) that our whole bridal party did upon entering our reception. I made an instructional video and put it up on youtube so everyone could learn the steps. We only had a few practices all together the day before and the day of the wedding, but everyone did great. All our guests loved it, we had a blast, and it really set a fun mood for the rest of the night.

The biggest hit of our wedding was probably our photo wall. We did a homemade photo wall for our reception instead of a photobooth, had props, and set up my digital camera infront of it. We managed to get photos of most of our guests, which I put together into a video on youtube for everyone to check out. It worked out well because when people got tired of dancing, they would go take some silly photos at the wall for a break, then go back to dancing again. 🙂

I had kinda anticipated the ceremony would be special but not as awesome as the reception, since we’d already been together for like 10 years and were very much a life partnership already.  But exchanging vows, asking for a vow of support from our guests and hearing them all shout “yes!”, and putting on each other’s rings were the most special parts of the day.

Biggest hits were probably the pre-ceremony cocktail hour, the amazing band we had, and the overall (semi-casual, super-festive) atmosphere.

My favorite part of our wedding and the part I most looked forward to was reciting our vows. We kept them secret to each other and it was magical. His vows were so beautiful and reminded me of something a famour poet would write.

But the most hilarious part was my dad and mom dancing like I’d never seen them dance before! Omg it was so great and they were really breaking it down. I loved it!

@mscuppycake:  i reallly enjoyed walking down the aisle and seeing everyone there. I wasn’t expecting that many people but we had a lot of guests at the church. It was very emotional for us, I felt so bad though bc as emotional as I was, I was so damn happy all i could do was laugh and poor DH was crying and i kept saying I am not laughing at you, I am just so giddy! and he was laughing at me.

I think the biggest hit at the wedding was our DJ, we had a packed dance floor the whole night! it was really an amazing day! oh and the part when i messed up my vows bc i tripped over my words! everyone was laughing at me!

My favorite part was our dinner!  We had a sweetheart table and got to eat an amazing meal and enjoy our wedding gift to eachother – a bottle of Cristal!  That was also the point of the night that all the main things that were scheduled were done.  We worked great together in managing visiting all the tables during dinner.

The biggest hit to our wedding was our ice cream sundae bar! It was pretty impressive!
