I think it's a little weird, but it's certainly not unheard of. Can you adapt the mongram so it uses just your first name initials or names?
No, you shouldn't use the monogram until they are actually your initials. I think you should choose something else for your website.
This confuses me! I've heard the same thing, but tons of wedding invitations have the couple's married initial or monogram on them. Is that ok or a faux pas?
INVITES:
On our wedding invitations we have an envelope seal that is a monogram...but like @gcwest suggests...is our FIRST name initals so L-S in a pretty way with a dotted line inbetween (follows them of our paper products/cake/china/etc)
PROGRAMS:
We are having a "K" (his last name inital) sticker monogram on the back of the program holders as a sort of monogram
THANK YOUS:
On our thank you cards we have our married monogram (can't wait!!) because they will be sent after we our husband and wife.

So question: What do you think if a married monogram is used on a wedding website?
