i haven't been to the marriott, but i LOVE ka'anapali beach!!! gorgeous!!! and my stay at the honolulu marriott was amazing. my parents own a timeshare at marriott's ko'olina and have nothing but awesome things to say about it. you will love ka'anapali beach, maui is my fav hawaiian island
I say go for it...Marriott is a good name and you can't go wrong with Maui.
It's great! I've stayed at both the Kaanapali one and the Wailea one.. they are both walking distance to a bunch of different things... keep in mind they don't have their own beach, but adjacent hotels do, or you can drive to one and park it for the day. Their pool is great!

Has anyone ever gone to the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club in Ka'anapali Beach, Maui, Hawaii?
My parents are being so generous and giving us their timeshare to use for our honeymoon - we decided on ! Maui ! and are going through resorts in the timeshare booklet. Marriott's Maui Ocean Club is our fav so far - it just looks amazing. The reviews on tripadvisor.com are great...but why not ask the bees?! Let me know how your experience was...
