I've been using the seating and timeline planning tools on her website for about a week now. All of a sudden - TODAY - I can't log-in. The page just keeps refreshing. I've tried everything. I'm waiting for a message back from their technical support.

Anyone else having the same problem? Also, if I can't remedy the problem does anyone know of any online seating chart planning tools that are free? My wedding is in 12 days. eeek!

Yes, it is all jacked up! I get prompted to log in when I try to access any of my lists.  Give it a few little bits and I'm sure that it will be back up and running.  I didn't think to look to see if they have a contact number or email listed if you experiance problems.

Now I'm just going to have to figure out some other way to kill time at work. Don't any of you say that maybe I should actually do my job!

    HAHAHAHA!!!

I'm sure it'll be up soon, but I think it's the same as the www.weddingwire.com tools-- just click on My Planner at the top, then Seating.

jhphi - you're right! Now that I remember, it does say 'powered by wedding wire'. Wedding Wire doesn't have my saved seating chart that I created on MSW, but at least it's the same tool. The tech people just messaged me back saying they are working on the problem. Hopefully later today.

I had loads of problems with MSW and getting things to work (not recently...but repeatedly).  I gave up and used weddingwire and it was great...never had any problems with that site at all.

I was on my weddingwire.com account and it was fine today. I switched our site to project wedding but am keeping the planning tools on weddingwire. I've never had an issue with those.
