Have any of you tried matcha tea for increased fat burn? Have you gotten good results?
I started Jillian Michael’s “ripped in 30” and I was looking at getting a metabolism booster when I fell upon the all-natural matcha, which apparently does boost metabolism!
How much of this should I be drinking? What did you do and what were your results?? 🙂

@PuckBunny: I’ve been having one matcha tea (almost) daily for the last two months. I love it! For me its like drinking a cup of coffee (energy wise) I probably drink it pretty grossly though.. I’m not a fan of hot drinks in general so I have 1 tsp of organic matcha powder mixed with about 1 cup of lactose-free almond milk & two cups of water (either room temp or cold)
I honeslty would not attribute much of anything to adding matcha into my diet, but, its high in antioxidents, and gets me going in the morning.
I’m thinking, now, since writing this post that maybe I should add a second matcha drink in before I go to the gym!
