I don't think that will be a problem, my dress and the flowergirls dress isn't the exact same color Ivory but when mixed in with the party and all of colors that's in the decor and the fuchsia color my bridesmaid will be wearing I don't think it'll be noticable at all. My 2 cents...
I think it will be fine especially since it is the flower girl dresses. My daughters (flowergirl) dress is going to be a different color. It should be fine. It will give all of your colors a little more depth and variety.
I'm about to have the same issue and glad you have this post. My dress is darker and one of the flower girls bought her dress already which was a different shade. On the brighter side there is always photoshop which your photographer can play with the colors and adjust as needed. It's what I'm having my photographer do.

I just received my two ivory flower girl dresses in the mail today and compared their color to the color of my wedding gown. Although they are both a modern/soft ivory, my wedding gown isn't a perfect match in color. In fact, it appears a little more champagne-colored next to the flower girl dresses. Is anyone striving for a perfect color match? Has anyone gone with a different shade of ivory for their flower girl? If so, how did your photos turn out? Thanks for the help!
