I'm sure someone on etsy could make up ties for you if you supply the fabric. You might want to just look for a local seamstress, though. There's tons of talented local seamstresses who work out of their homes and can whip up just about anything. I bet you could find someone to make you some ties for a very reasonable amount. Try yellow pages or a google search or just asking around. I've been amazed at the talent I've found.
Also, if you decide you want to go with cool, screenprinted custom ties, I do recommend cyberoptix.com They have a ton of different designs and offer wedding packages for groups of ties. They were great to work with, the ties are great quality, and their packaging was lovely.

by the way, i just realized that Frugalfaye listed the same seller as i did! toybreaker on etsy is also cyberoptix!
So I found out that David's doesn't do ties themselves, but they're linked to Men's Wearhouse. But I'm still curious about custom ties. I looked at the screen print ones, but most seemed a little flashy/modern for our style. We're going really classic and simple. Thank you both for your help so far!

my brother and soon to be sister in law had custom ties made for the guys from someone on etsy.com and they also had clutch purses in matching fabric made for the girls. I would look on there and see what kind of deals you can work out

Two questions for the bees on ties.
Does David's Bridal make ties to match their bridesmaids dress colors? And if so, has anyone ever gotten them and want to offer feedback on fabric/quality?
Also, where would one go to get custom ties made? I've heard of it around the hive, and today I saw something on custom ties in MSW. I like the idea of finding the perfect fabric and having them customized.
On the custom tie note, FI is wearing an ivory vest and a red tie. The groomsmen are wearing red vests, so should they do red ties? Ivory ties? A print tie with both colors?
