Have you looked into a memory foam?  I’m really considering one.

Memory foam, or at least a memory foam topper. Target and Walmart both have highly-rated memory foam mattresses for under $500. We just have a topper for right now, since my mattress was really crappy, but it’s been a big help for both Fiance and I.

Do you sleep with a pillow or anything between your knees? If you don’t, I really suggest getting a regular or body pillow and keeping that between your knees when you sleep. I used to sleep on my stomach and it was havoc on my back–FI suggested that I start sleeping on my side with a body pillow between my knees and it’s awesome. No back pain!
