I am so upset!! Two days ago it was suppose to be sunny 0% chance of rain. Now it's forecasted to rain!! I have to go and find cute umbrella's for the darn pictures!
Any suggestions? I'll probably have to rush ship them too. :(
The weather forecast will probably keep changing all week. My forecast says sunny, but four days ago, the forecast said the high would be 69, two days ago it said it would be 85, and now it says 75. The range of lows is from the mid-50's to high 60's so I just placed an order to rent patio heaters just in case. The woman who owns the venue said many guests left early last week because they were chilly which would make me feel awful (the ceremony and reception are both outdoors).
I wish I could keep myself from looking at the forecast for the 29th until at least Wednesday...
Hopefully it will all be okay! It poured up to my wedding but the day of the wedding it was perfect out! Either way, your weddings will be beautiful!
The 10 day forecast is almost never accurate. I'm refusing to worry about it, because there's nothing I can do, and it's only going to make me crazy if I obsess!
I bought cute umbrellas for some outdoor pictures, and luckily the inside of our venue is gorgeous. If it rains, it rains. All that matters is that our guests have a good time and that we're married!
@JBelle7757: If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase the umbrella's?
@Nati-Lyte: Target. I just ransacked the display until I found colors I liked!
Don't worry yet, it is way too early. For our wedding it said storms all the way up till Friday then it changed. Woke up Saturday to pure sunny skies! Weather changes on a daily basis, sometimes hourly!
:( It's now up to 60% chance of rain 7-days out...
went down to 40% woohoo.. okay I promised my FI I will just make a rain plan and not look at the forecast again until Thursday..hopefully I can hold myself back.
I'm driving myself nuts!! I need to go for a run or something..
Just checked the weather and it's now Isolated thunderstorms with a bright sun also pictured, and 30% rain.
I can't help but check!!
I'm self diagnosing my OCD when it comes to checking weather.com
The good news? The temperature for May 29th keeps climbing! We're up to 74
The bad news? The change of rain is at 40% now.
I don't know if this helps but I had like an 80% chance of rain on my wedding day. It rained for about an hour at 10am and then it became sunny. Also, my photographer told me Target has good umbrellas if it's necessary. In the mean time, to keep yourself sane, look up pictures of weddings in the rain, they're really cute and in the end I was actually sad it didn't rain for at least a few minutes to get some of those pictures! I had my rain boots and cute umbrella all ready!
Here's one of my favorite rainy wedding pictures!

oh nevermind! it's 66 now with a low of 42. now i need a bolero! it's up in the mountains
i hope all you bees have good weather. the rain is suppose to be good luck anyway :)
I know I said I wouldnt look at the forecast anymore, but I suck and couldnt keep myself away. Excited to share that there is now a 0% chance of rain on sunday in Savannah, GA! The temp went up from 86 to 88 but I rather it be really hot than raining. I know it's still a few days out, but I hope it doesnt change!
@SavannahL: Would it be awful of me to say I really dislike your perfect weather right now?! I'm kidding! I hope the weather keeps up!
For Rhode Island the weather is still isolated thunderstorms and 30% chance of rain. I woke up today and it was so bright outside and its warm!!
Finally! 3-day forecast calls for sunny and 73! Yeah!
@Nati-Lyte: Yay! Mine went up a little to 10% chance, party cloudy and 87..gosh 73...I wish!
I've been watching mine all week and it kept flip flopping between rain and thunderstorms and warm and sunny. It's been stuck at 78* and kinda cloudy with 10% chance of thunderstorms for 2 days now, so that's what I'm planning on! Can't complain about that!
My venue coordinator said if your weather says chance of rain/t-storm anywhere up to 40% to just ignore it because it most likely won't happen!

Let me start by saying when I looked a couple days ago when the forecast only went up to Saturday it was a 60% chance of rain friday, and 10% Saturday.
Now it's a 30% isolated Tstroms Friday, 60% scattered Tstorms Saturday, and 30% isolated Tstorms Sunday. Boo..I was really hoping for like 0%! I know it's still 8 days away and things can change, I'm just really hoping that 60% doesn't get pushed back to Sunday!
The ceremony is supposed to be in a garden, and the reception is nearby under a large pavilion. Time to start thinking about my rain plan I guess.
