I'm May 29 too... I know it can all get done but I'm kind of having a meltdown. I just want it to get here and skip like, making the programs.
NINETEEN DAYS?
NINETEEN DAYS!!!!!!
My to-do list is finally shrinking instead of growing, which is awesome! I really hope getting all of this done ahead of time will help everyone relax during the week prior to the wedding...*fingers crossed*
What is left on everyone's to-do list? Do you find the online checklists helpful?
My to do list isn't freaking me out half as much as the weather is. It seems like it's been raining here for months, and I just looked at the 10 day forecast--8 of the days it's going to rain. I just wish I KNEW whether it was going to rain. EVERYTHING is supposed to be happening outside. I have a rain plan, but it's not the same as my original plan, and I'm about to be really really bummed out if I get rained out. :( Plus we're still recovering from the flood and there are some vendors I still haven't heard from. So yeah...I'm kind of freaking out.
@mrsmdphd: Where is your venue in Nashville? I am so sorry about all of that crazy flooding! I lived north of there in Clarksville for the past 3 years, recently moved to CA, and I was DEVASTATED by all of the photos of both areas from the Cumberland...I can't imagine what you are going through! I will keep my fingers crossed and my prayers with you all that it STOPS raining soon!
Lol, add me to the May 29th list. I spazzed out around May 1st when it finally hit me that the month-long countdown was REALLY beginning. As in, enough to actually get the first stress-induced canker sores of my life (OMG who would have thought those would be so damned painful!!!)
After that incident, i've pretty much been forcing myself to calm down.... the few bottles of wine in my kitchen have helped a bit too, lol!
As for the checklist.... i can't even remember exactly what i need to do anymore, since i'm literally doing *everything* myself.... ugh. The online checklists didn't help me at all, as i'm more a pen and paper kind of person. My wedding planner i bought 5 years ago when we first got engaged has been a life-saver though!
And i'm with all of you on the rain, it's been raining for over a week here!
