Ugh… here we go!

  • Buy postage for invites/rsvp’s
  • Address and send out invitations
  • Print menu cards
  • Buy paper for programs
  • Print and put together programs
  • Create seating chart and escort cards
  • Schedule alterations for dress
  • Finish purchasing accessories
  • Buy gifts for readers, shower hostesses
  • Pick up wedding rings

Then the stuff that I’ve delegated to other people (so I’m trying not to stress about it, but of course I am anyway): cupcake stand, limo, groomsmen gifts, order linens and chairs, get votives, create centerpieces.

Then the last minute things: playlist for DJ, wrap presents, day-of timeline, confirm/pay vendors.

Am I missing anything???

Ugh I have yet to find someone to do my hair and makeup but I am working on it.  That is the big one right now, but we also have to:

  • Find ring for Fiance
  • Make menu cards
  • Make programs
  • Finalize plans for caterer, florist, baker, etc.
  • Wrap up accessories
  • Work on table assignments after rsvps finish coming in
  • Day of timeline
  • Make blurb guestbook
  • Order centerpiece supplies like candles, etc.
  • Revisit registry

I am sure I am forgetting other things, but that is all I can think of right now.  It actually doesn’t look so bad…
