I think it would be a very expensive alternation if you found someone to do it, so be prepared.

i dont think on this dress itd look right… because the detailing ends at the hip bone… a know? but it can be done, it might be better just to find a dress with the shape you want, and save money in alterations.

I am sure it can be done.. but as PP have said.. it will cost you and not sure it would even look good. Why do you want to do that?

I agree with @stephanie63087, I’m not sure the detailing would work as a trumpet.

When did you say your mother is bringing your dress to you?

I am also on the boat that I don’t think this dress would look right as a trumpet…
