hello metropolitan dc ladies!
i had a question regarding alterations costs. i was looking at the alterations price list for the bridal salon at which i bought my dress, and to take it in, hem it, and add a halter strap, it looks like it's going to cost me at least $500!!
this my be by bridal naivete kicking in, but that seems like a lot, doesn't it? or is that typical?
