So beautiful! You picked a great one and I love the sparkle! Before I can vote, how does your hair hold a curl if it were to be down or partly down?
@Lillindy...you cant tell in the photos but my hair is actually naturally wavy...and I usually have it curly when its all the way down...but if the end of April is in the 90s like it was this year then I would probably like to have it all up. My hair tends to get very frizzy! But with these photos I actually liked how it looks half down and also up!!! But I will probably go with up since it gets frizzy down and I dont want to risk being hot and sweaty!

Here is a picture of me from my MOH's wedding in 2005...I will probably have little curls coming down on the side like I did here. And here is another picture of me with my hair all the way down...but I will probably have it up since I will get hot...which I usually tend to do easily!

I think having it up will look great on you, like eloping said you have the shoulders go for it! What a gorgeous dress! Who makes it? Not like I could afford it my dress budget is like $300 or as heap as i can find one lol.

@ LOST its an Allure dress...womens 205...and thank you! Have you tried Ebay or Davids Bridal or a vintage shop?
I like it better down than up. Then again, I'm partial to hair being down since I rarely put mine up. If you have a bit of money, get a trial run to see how it would look with hair up and down (with the veil included). Good luck.

I say down and curly. It looks great curly. Of course, with my stick straight hair, it may just be because I am totally jealous of your fabulous curl!!

I think I'm going the ebay route or used. I fell in LOVE with this dress below it's $149 but a knock off. But, yours is giving me second thoughts lol. I love the detail on yours.

Thanks for the link...I like the loose curls Uma has going on! I will def be going with something loose...I dont want my hair to be plastered to my head like I style it sometimes! I use way too much hairspray sometimes! Im trying not too any more as you can see!

I was thinking that half up would have been beautiful with that dress but when I read your post about your hair being frizzy this time of the year, it might be best to just have it up. My hair is the same way so I can fully relate. I absolutely would love to have my hair down but the humidity here in PA in the beginning of September can be a nightmare on naturally curly / wavy hair!
Either way, I feel you will look gorgeous!!

I like it half down, but not straight. You have nice curls. So I would do it half down curly with the side wipe bangs you kinda have in that small picture...I read in a magazine that you should wear your hair on your wedding day how your normally wear it. if you hate up do's than dont wear it up! if you love up do's then definitely go for it!! GOOD LUCK! I'm sure you'll look beautiful in way you have your hair done!!

I actually really like it half up and half down. The hair is pulled away from your face so you can see your lovely smile, but the hair thats down helps to frame your neck, shoulders and face, which can be really lovely. Since your hair holds curl, it could look really nice that way! Also, since it CAN get really hot in late April (wink wink) you might ask your hairstylist if theres an easy way to pin up the bottom half if you get too warm on the dance floor. April can get very warm OR very cold, and having some cover, even if its hair, could bea good thing! The dress is lovely - I'm excited for you!

@Roddy: Thanks for the comment on the earrings! Yeah I def would love to wear it curly and down if it was so humid and you never know what April brings around here! That pic of me with it curly was a great hair day esp for the summer!
@Jennifer: I def agree with you about that magazine article. I was to look like myself...just a little dolled up is all...but not too much! I wear my hair all types of ways...I like wearing it down it's just a pain with the weather! And I like wearing it in an updo when someone other than myself does it really pretty with curls!! Thanks for the comment and the tip!
@Piaffette: Us girls are picky arent we...we never know what we want...and if the weather was perfect and would agree with us it would make life so simple! @Lost: Your dress pic came up! Its beautiful...and wow its only $149? I love the beading on it too. Maybe you could find it at a store or find a similar one to try on to see how you would like it on you before you buy it...either way its only $149 and you could resell it maybe. Good luck.

T.Marie..I LOVE your dress! Gorgeous girl! Now the hair? My idea is half up half down. Check Maggie Sottero's site for where I found my half up/down style inspiration.
anti friz issues- get some peratin. Ask your stylist. I have naturally curly hair and it gets rid of frizz. It is the best stuff ever! (maybe spanks, but it is a close second)
I vote for Down- looks lovely with the dress. Or the half up. I think it looks more romantic down. :)
