Depending when and where, I might be interested. I am in Excelsior! Might not be able to in August because I am moving and starting a new job.
I'd be interested in meeting. I'm in the Twin Cities. There's a lovely, locally owned coffee shop I frequent in St. Louis Park (somewhat centrally located in the cities) that has a largish table that can be reserved.
The only day that regularly does not work for me is Saturdays.. obviously we all have a lot of wedding planning and meetings going on so hopefully there's a time where many of us could meet! :)
I'm open to other locations as well of course!
I'd be interested in a possible meet up. Keep me in the loop!

I would be interested, but I won't be back in MN until Christmas time!
So, it looks like the Twin Cities would probably be the best location for everyone?
I am currently in northern MN and then moving to southern MN in a few weeks here -- but, I think the cities would work for me...
So, Twin Cities gals...you know locations better than me! *hint, hint*
And obviously we will have to plan this farther out, correct? :)

Tryg's -- I've not been there but I'm browsing their menu and sadly, it's not very vegetarian friendly. :( There is a veggie burger and salads but at most restaurants there are many more options.
The coffee shop I suggested has food -- I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner there: http://www.harvestmooncoffee.net/
If not everyone likes this option, that's totally cool -- I'd just really prefer someplace that had more options for me. There's also Thahn Do--a really great Thai/Asian place where most things can be ordered vegetarian or with choice of meat. It's super yummy.
I'm in. I'm in Minneapolis -- and I have TONS of resources (I'm a big researcher and wanted to give a more full picture when describing stuff when I blog (www.engageology.wordpress.com & on MN Bride).
I've never been to that coffee shop, but if that doesn't work for people, there's always McCoy's, Yum!, Laredos or View.
I'd be in - if it's not this month (11 days til the wedding followed by a honeymoon!!!!) SLP and surrounding areas work fine for me or we could go to Grand Ave. in St. Paul - tons of choices there. Cafe Latte, Bread & Chocolate just to name a couple and there's shopping in the area too, if we decided/
I'd be in but can't until the 2nd-ish week of Sept. My wedding ia alsoo in 11 days followed by a honeymoon.
I'm getting married the 2ndish week of Sept! ;) Soo... obviously there is always going to be a time that doesn't work for everyone. We can try multiple meetups too.
Let's pick a few days (weekends and weeknights) and times and see what the attendance potential is and go with the one that seems the most likely.
Just im me and let me know, I am not on as much as I used to be since the wedding is over. I do have pro pics from my wedding now so I can share those and would love to see others pics, thoughts and ideas!!
I live in St. Louis Park and work in St. Paul so any of those options work for me.

That may work for me, gotta check to see when book club will be this month, typically it is a Wednesday.

I am not quite sure where all of the MN brides are located...but, would anyone be interested in meeting up and sharing ideas and what not? This is just a shot in the dark...and I am not sure how many people would be okay with this. Feedback would be great!
