I’ve heard the good and the bad. But quite frankly I’m pissed the eff off. My guys are supposed to be wearing dark gray tuxes and instead they have to wear black. Why? Because someone seriously sucks at their job!
My Fiance had created a custom look online and called them to get quotes on the tux he chose (USING THE SYLE NUMBER) and they quoted $116. So when we went in there yesterday to have all the guys fitted they had the exact thing he picked out in the store. My problem? We were quoted that $116 but in all reality the gal on the phone was utterly wrong and the tux package was actually over $200! I am so irate right now that I could seriously punch a hole in the freaking wall. I’m seriously tempted to tell them to screw off because we were lied to.
I realize that there isn’t much they can do because it’s a designer brand but they should own up to their mistake. On top of all of that, they made us put money down right away. We went in for a fitting. My girls didn’t have to put a DP down until they ordered their dresses. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and getting a FULL refund as well as making a complaint about false ‘advertisement’.
