Running for an hour helps. Bubble baths. Watching dorky shows/movies helps.
Glad you feel better!
Definitely massages are my favorite way to de-stress. Besides that, I love a good power walk, or a hatha yoga class. I feel so refreshed afterwards.
Running and yoga work for me. In fact, I'm so sore this evening because I needed to de-stress (long run) this morning.
ohhhh, getting into the "running" thing is another (weight-related) issue.... But thanks so much for the feedback!! I hope everyone is having as much fun planning their wedding as I am. In fact, nearly everyone says, "are you stressed about your wedding?" and I ALWAYS answer "heck no!" and I think it's because I am doing things NOW to prevent being stressed LATER!!!
