I am working with our stationer right now on some of the printed items for the wedding, and I am having a dilemma regarding the menu cards. To keep costs down, I was thinking of putting one or two per table….but then I think it would look nicer to have one at each setting (we are not doing assigned seats).
I thought I could somehow incorporate the table number and menu card– but that might just be too much. (I’m not one for DIY)
What have you done? Any ideas?

It seems reasonable to put the table number on one side and the menu on the other. It could be tented or you could put it in a stand. If everyone’s eating the same thing, it seems silly to waste the paper in order to give everyone a menu.

I’ve had brides I’ve worked with do all of the following instead of one per placesetting:
- One for every other person
- One or two in stands or frames to match the table number
- One large menu display (often on a chalkboard or on an easel)
Depending on your menu and how it’s served and your table sizes you may want more than one on a table.
