I don’t eat any seafood and there’s a TON of stuff there to eat. Sounds yummy!

@dressedinlovexo:  I think that any non-seafood eaters will be plenty happy with the beef tenderloin and scalloped potatoes.

Crab cakes are my favourite! Please keep them.

@dressedinlovexo:  Omg this sounds delicious. I think that with the beef, chicken, and other entrees you’ll be covered. Even vegetarians and vegans will be satisfied with all that! Keep the scallops.

And if you’re worried about the crab cakes not being eaten, invite me 😉 haha

@dressedinlovexo:  there’s a ton I’d eat. You’ve got beef as well as chicken and a ton of yummy sounding, non seafood sides 🙂

Oh wow that’s a lot of food! The menu sounds great, just make sure you don’t have too much because buffets can end up being wasteful. If you end up wanting to cut something out I’d cut out the cucumber/tomato salad (since you already have a tomato based salad), the pasta salad (since you already have pasta as a main), and the calamari (because you have more than enough seafood!).

And no, not too much fish for a beach wedding, it’s expected!

Don’t cut out the scallops!!  And if you do, send them to me!

This is going to be my problem with our menu too, just talking about a few ideas we have been like “have all the seafoods!”  A special meal to us is always seafood or fish of some kind.

@dressedinlovexo:  The only things a vegetarian/vegan could eat would be sides and salad so yeah I would be disppointed especially since there are 7 entree options for meat eaters.

@dressedinlovexo:  Sounds great. As a seafood eater, I would be on cloud nine.

@dressedinlovexo:  I probably wouldn’t do another pasta since you have the vegetarian pasta salad. I would want something different expecially contextually.

Why not a vegetable stew or eggplant parmigiana or spinach and riccotta filo (it can be done in trays for the buffet) and all of these would work witht he sides you already have. I think goes just beyond picking a dish that a vegan/vegetarian will eat and making sure it compliments the sides and salads.

I just had a mini foodgasm over your menu. Sounds amazing.
