Menu recommendations???

@nawella: My thought is why are you doing the vegan gluten free? It is the hardest dish to make gluten free (we had an entirely gluten free/dairy free wedding with chicken and fish).

We had lemon/herbed rice and polenta crusted salmon with tomato herb sauce.

For the chicken it was an herbed chicken breast with mashed potatoes (made with olive oil) and green beans).

For the vegetarian, it was an Indian curry.

All were really good and we liked that they were so simple.

@nawella: Stir fry will freak the celiac out (soy sauce normally has gluten), but every curry I have ever found has been gluten free. Either way, they will be happy you thought of them!
