    Good Morning!

We had our menu tasting last night and the food was super yummy! Now we are stuck on what options to offer! The beef, chicken and fish were all delicious, I just want to serve them in a way that will appeal to the most people. Please help...thanks so much!

I like the idea of duos, but I voted for the second choice because I think beef and chicken may be too much.  It seems like a really heavy meal.  So the haddock would be a better pairing with beef.  And the stuffed chicken is a great meal all by itself.  Is there also a vegetarian selection?

We only have one vegetarian coming to the wedding - my aunt - and she eats fish...regardless of what option we decide to choose, the chef said he can prepare the haddock for her.

It may seem heavy, but the portions are sized appropriately. It is a petit filet mignon and a smaller piece or chicken/haddock....nothing overwhelming. My feeling is that in most cases if people like beef, they like chicken...but a lot of people don't like seafood so I would hate for the fish portion to go to waste. That is why I thought if we offered a meat choice and a seafood choice it would appeal to the majority of people.

Hopefully my logic makes sense! :)

most caterers can do a separate veg option so you don't have to offer it as one of your choices; I'm a chicken girl who will eat beef but won't eat fish - so I voted for the beef/chicken option - I'd give probably 2/3 of the beef to J and let him eat it. ;)
