@Schat:  I prefer the trumpet silhouette on you, but I prefer the ball gown’s details. So…trumpet.

@Schat:  the mermaid shape flatters your amazing figure a lot more. No to the ball gown, it swallows you.

@Schat:  that’s not a mermaid  but I like that style better than ball gown although I think that dress cuts u off a bit where the bottom starts. Needs to flow a bit better IMO

But, I think that’s more of a fit and flare than a mermaid..

The first dress (which isn’t really a mermaid) looks better on you. But I think you should either nix the sash, or remove the beaded detail at the side as the two elements combined are distracting.

I prefer the second dress for its design and details – it’s much more luxurious and expensive-looking than the first – but it’s adding bulk around the midsection.

The mermaid shape looks great on you, and I’m not a fan of that satin ball gown – it looks kind of dated. Sorry! But the mermaid is pretty.

The first one!  Although I wouldn’t say that is a mermaid- more of a fit and flare or dropped waist dress.  Looks great on your figure.

I LOVE the first one on you, your figure is outstanding! But, I like the details of the ballgown and it also highlighted your good curves… Therefore I didn’t vote because I think you should find a happy medium πŸ™‚

I love the first dress.  I’m sorry but I do not like the second one at all.  In my opinion it looks a little dated.

Did they put something extra under the skirt for the ball gown? I tried that dress on and the skirt looked nothing like that. It looks weird in that picture.
