Help me out, ladies!

I need a place to honeymoon!  Requirements:

• All-inclusive with various restaurants around
• Luxury
• Air conditioned guest rooms
• adults-only

I have a moderate (but not small) budget. Anyone just get back and have a great place to recommend (or steer me clear of)? Currently I'm looking at Galley Bay (Antigua, where the Cupcakes went), and Playa Mujeres (Mexico), where the Penguins went. I would love your input! We're looking to go sometime in July (probably early July) so I am a little concerned with Hurricane season regarding Antigua... anyway, any input you have is very valuable to me!

We went to Playa del Carmen last August/Sept.  We LOVED it.  This is where we went: http://www.palaceresorts.com/Resorts/AventuraSpaPalace/Index.asp.  We were totally pampered, especially since we upgraded to the conceirge level.  We totally didn't want to come back home at the end of our trip.  As far as hurricanes, we were worried about that too, but we bought the insurance and we lucked out.
