I have a new vendor to add to my list! I have to absolutely rave about ABCovers in Miami. The woman who helped us was AMAZING. She came up with an absolutely gorgeous design for us and her prices were half what we priced at Panache. I would recommend ABCovers to absolutely anyone getting married in Miami.
I highly recommend photographer: heather funk
she's based in s. florida, we hired her to shoot our n.fl wedding. and i've been to two other weddings she shot- really really lovely work. I have a more extensive review in a seperate post too.
Bridal Beach Bride T:
I just recently got engaged and planning on wedding in Islamorada/Marthon or even Key Largo. We are hoping to get married next year May 8. Since it is so close to the weddin you are having we were wondering how was the weather and if the prices are better hotel wise during that time. We have a lot of OOT visitors and want to be conscious of their budget (as well as ours!). Any help and vendor info would be sooo helpful. Also since we're in the beginning stages of planning would love to know how much it extra it cost to have vendors/stylists/phtographers come from miami down to the keys.
I'm a newbie on this website and would love some help from you or anyone else :)

Hi all
I would love to hear more specifics about your hair and makeup experiences and suggestions. I'm planning our wedding from afar, and feeling anxious about identifying either a spa/salon or 'on location' artist and stylist in the South Beach vicinity...
There's a lot of people on here still looking for an officiant. We were married by Eddie (http://www.eddierodriguez.com/). He was amazing and people still comment now on how fantastic he and the ceremony was - people never really comment on the service do they? - he really was AMAZING! Book him, you won't regret it.
I have an amazing photographer vendor review. Stacey of Ambrosio Photography is awesome! She took our engagement photos at South Pointe Park on Miami Beach and they came out so beautifully! She is part of a husband and wife team (hubby's name is Craig) and they have a studio up on Miami Beach. Their website is www.ambrosiophotography.com and I can't say enough good things about them!
Recap of my vendors so far. My wedding is on May 8, 2010 and will update you guys then too! If anyone has recommendations for the vendors I've yet to book feel free to PM me !
Hairstylist - www.alluringfaces.com - highly recommended, affordalbe & professional for onsite!
Makeup - Cynthia from MAC Dadeland. Or go to your local MAC counter, check out their work ( saturdays tend to be busy and full staff at the bigger MACY's, Bloomi's, etc.) and just approach whoever you like and they mostly freelance and can give you their cards :)
I am getting married November 5th, 2010 in Homestead, FL. Here's my deatils so far:

So here is the vendor recap for my May 2011 wedding. Hope it helps some other brides to be. I'll make sure to post pictures as soon as I get them back.
My daughter got married in Miami on 2/26/11. (I live in PA and 3 of 4 BM's were from PA) Here are her vendors:
Here are the pictures that I promised to post...

Hi ladies,
I have seen a few people coming on here asking for a vendor or two, so as the South Florida board hostess, I thought it would be great to do a full vendor recap. This way, when other brides to be visit the South Florida board, they'll have an array of vendors to choose from.
Please post which vendors you're using for the following:
