You don't need to register. A great source for store coupons and online coupons is retailmenot.com
Every week, Michael's has a new coupon available and someone always posts the newest ones or the newest deals on here. It's a great source if you don't want the weekly emails.

Hey y'all. I was able to go to Michaels and buy my dream ceremony programs from their Brides line. All because I went online and registered: they gave me a 50% off coupon for one item. Of course, I registered my sister, father, and mother and then I was able to buy all of them for half off!
If you have been eyeing any michaels goodies, now's the time!!!
