I was wondering the same thing. I actually discovered that the votives and the glass votive holders are cheaper per-piece on saveoncrafts.com, and they last 12hours. Hope this helps!

Don’t all votive candles burn the same length? From what I’ve used, votive candles don’t last that long. If you can find one that lasts 12 hours I’d say go for it!

I’m hoping long enough to make it through our 4 hour reception! I bought the candle/votive combo when they were on sale (or when I had coupons) and I think I bought 7 dozen for about $35 (or less).

Ashland Basic Elements 2″ x 2″ unscented pillars.

Started burning one last night at eight pm.

It is eight thiry am and it is just about finished.

So pleased I have finallllllllllllly found candles! Tip: I went to Ikea and bought small plain drinking glasses to use as holders as these are much wider than typical votives.

Worked like a charm…looks gorgeaus …….now I can go pick up 10 more packages!

Hope this helps

Has anyone else bought these? We bought the white version and they lasted a good 13-14 hours, which is yay.

However, the candle looks white in SOME lights, but most of the time, they are looking a pinkish color. That is no good. Has anyone else ran into this?
