Jax is one of those odd areas for bridal gown dress shopping where the choices are David's Bridal, Alfred Angelo, or a couple boutiques with $3000-$5000 dresses. I wanted something about $1000, but wouldn't find anything at David's bridal (and at the time, AA was not open yet, they now have a big store in Jax).
One day while shopping at St. John's Town Center, my mom & I found a little place, Michael's Formalwear, and while they probably only have about 40 dresses, they carry a variety of sizes, and keep the dresses all sealed up in garment bags so they stay looking gorgeous!

We also are getting our groom/groomsmen tuxes there, they had a discount so it was cheaper than Men's Wearhouse, and the suits are Calvin Klein too!
