i have five months and a little to loose, only 5 kgs, still it is hard. my BF has been doing MB. she has made me some of the recipes and they are fab! i think it is awesome, i may or may not join, still deciding as it is $200 i dont really have. she said by paying the fee it makes you stick to it even more. all the best

I did this program! I finished round three about four weeks ago. Over the 12 weeks I lost about 7.5kgs, which was way more than I expected.

Since finishing, I have lost almost another 1kg, just by sticking to the eating habits (although I have been much more relaxed, which is why it is a bit slower!)

Hope it is working for you too, and the shin splints are OK. She does say that weight loss is 80% what you eat, and I found in the last two weeks I did very little exercise as I had a sore knee, but still lost weight as I stuck to the eating plan really well.
