    thats not for us to answer. i would suggest going to the spa and getting their opinion. even just by washing your face, they can tell your skin tone, your problem areas, and identify what would be best.

    i’ve had both done. chemical peel is for more serious problems and usually done in parts over the course of weeks. micro is a more instantaneous result thing.

    Yes, talk to someone about it, preferably a dermatologist.  I would assume micro would be more appropriate b/c of your age, but it’s really hard to answer.

    I’m getting my first microdermabrasion treatment on Saturday! I’m so excited. I will let you know how it goes. I have very sensitive skin. I started my bridal beauty regimen back in April by getting a facial once a month. For June, I’m going to get the microdermabrasion, and then for July & August I will get facials. In August, she will not do any extractions to make sure there is no lasting impact for big day.
