I'm taking control and moving on to February! I'm starting my OPK tomorrow. I did my Day 3 blood work a few days ago and took hubby in a jar to the lab.

I'm not waiting for those results to do anything. It's time to make a baby!

I'm really hoping I can join. I'm CD12 right now but my last cycle was 58 days so ugh. I'm crossing my fingers this one will be shorter and mid feb sounds like a good ball park :) I hope. Since we are technically just ntnt this first cycle, I'm not charting or anything. My plan is to BD every other day until I get my usual post-o symptoms or AF.

I'm glad someone started a February POAS, thanks SFreeman2187! This will be our second cycle of TTC total and first cycle after our chemical that happened earlier this month. We're really hoping to wrangle our take-home baby this month!

I'm currently on CD12, so technically I could start testing at 14DPO (February 4 in theory) but I feel like I'll hold off until Valentine's Day/my birthday on the 16th to test. My doctor made me feel a bit like it was my own fault for being upset about our chemical because if I hadn't have tested earlier with a FRER I wouldn't have even known I was pregnant, so I'm gonna hold off this time.

Sticky baby dust to us all!

I'm on CD 8 of cycle 6.  I can test, according to fertility friend, on Feb 5th.  But if I make it that far I think I'll hold off til the following weekend.  Here's to some BFPs this month!

I'm on.... CD 5 of cycle...5, I think. This month is all about finding out whether or not I actually ovulate.

I'm trying to be more optimistic this month and going with the flow a bit. I've decided to dive into myself. Work is picking up so I'm staying pretty busy and have been working out, eating right, etc. so I'm happy to make baby making a priority, not THE priority.

@FutureJessicaMcB: ughhhh, what a terrible way for your doc to make you feel! We all know from being on these boards that MOST women TTC will test early.... thats why First Response and "before your missed period" tests are so popular!  Anyway, hoping you test WHENEVER you want to:)

I'm on CD7 of a 28 day cycle so I'll be testing on Feb 8th... we have a ski trip planned for the 9th through the 12th so I'm hoping to have GREAT news when we leave:)

I'm in Ladies.  AF is due before Valentine's so hopefully she won't come.  Now that will be an AWESOME gift.

Hi Ladies!  I hope I can join this board.  I could probably POAS the first few days in February but I really want to try holding off longer to not get my hopes up.  My first post and I really want to join this board as I been a long time lurker lol.  This is our fourth cycle trying and I just bought OPK's and Pre-Seed this cycle.  Still confused on how or when to use them but I'm excited.  I'm currently on CD11 on a 28-30 day cycle.  I hope this is our time ladies!!

I am on CD11 and I'm really excited about TTC I am really trying to stay positive that it will happen fairly quickly for us (although I know what the odds are). I also hope for BFP's for all my fellow TTC bees :) I get really excited for you all when you get BFP's.

Sending baby dust every ones way and I am super excited to hear updates :)

I'll be testing closer to the beginning of February (like the 1st lol) but I'll just jump in here for fun :) I'm just waiting to O! Probably in the next couple of days. We're on month 8 and I've had 2 MCs and 2 months off to get medications/hormone levels sorted on so I'm ready to get into actively trying again!

    ETA: I'm on CD17 but I normally O somewhere around CD20 (I'm predicting it'll be CD19 this month :)).

Count me in! I am only on CD2.  My cycles are relatively shorter so I can POAS by Feb9.  DH and I are on cycle #6.  I saw my doctor this week.  She said my charts from FF look really good and that to increase the BD'ing during my typical ovulation time.  I have this month and February to get pregnant, if not then I'm starting bloodwork and being sent to an infertility specialist.  SO i'm really hoping all goes well this month!!

Good Luck Ladies!! It is nice to know you aren't alone!!

Good luck to all! I think my chance this month is VERY rare since hubs was cranky the day I got my smiley face. But he wasn't cranky last night so here's hoping! I'm CD 12 right now & am trying to tell myself I won't test early.

    Baby Dust to all!!!!

CD14 I haven't had a positive OPK yet I thought yesterday I would get a positive but nope :( Hoping today I will get the smiley face. After getting the smiley face how many days do we BD? I know we are supposed to everyday leading up to O. I can't wait to move onto the TWW.

I'm on CD9, unsure of when/if I'll O because it's my first cycle on femara. That and i had sinus surgery yesterday. DH and I are pretty dedicated to an every other day schedule this month -- no matter how I'm feeling!

    @MarryMeTiffany:

We like to BD the day of the smiley and the two days following to be safe. I hope you O soon!

    @bunny:

You're a trooper for keeping going when you're suck, I really hope you get your BFP this month- you totally deserve it.

I found out yesterday from my doctor I was charting from the wrong day, and had  to adjust CD1 by about four days and am now on CD19. I'm really unsure as to whether or not I've actually O'ed yet or not which is annoying. Our solution is BDing every single day since CD10 until either AF shows or mid-February, hopefully it works :(

My bloodwork, the parts of it that are back, came in good. No result on DH's swimmers yet.

Me! AF is due around valentines day! I'm on CD11 of 35 day cycles, and this is cycle 12 of TTC or maybe 13... I forget. Anyways, a BFP would be a great gift for both of us.

Good luck ladies!  I'm CD6.  I hope to ovulate in about 4 days (I know it is super early).  And hopefully DH and I will be able to BD each day until then and a couple days after (or at least every other day).

CD15 still haven't gotten a positive OPK :( Today I have cramping which happens before I ovulate so hopefully I will get a positive OPK Mon or Tues.

I'm on CD 15 and cramping like a mofo today. I was totally nauceous earlier and shaky/light headed, not sure whaaaat is going on. We have had a fun BD weekend, and our dating anniversary is mid-Feb so I am going to try to be patient, especially after what happened earlier this month. Staying positive for everyone!! I have no idea when AF might arrive, so it's almost a good thing, I have no pressure on when things might happen, so just having fun and making the most of our time together!

I'm CD 12 today and I'm using the advice that my RE gave me (a strict BD schedule that involves GASP! Not BDing every day!) Its kind of killing me that I'm not using OPKs this month, and that I need to stick to the schedule rather than analyze my signs and symptoms. But hey - doing that hasn't worked for 12 months...so maybe this time it'll work!

Needless to say, I won't know WHEN I've O'ed until my temperature rises, but it'll be around mid-February.

Anyone else trying anything new this month?

@redsmarties:  First time using OPKs and I think I may be done after this month I am on CD15 and it is driving me nuts that I haven't gotten a positive OPK. Usually I am so chill about it and just let myself O when it happens. I get cramps before it happens so I usually know when it is going to happen. Peeing on sticks everyday is really causing some stress. This is our first month but I have been of BC for 1.5 years and I have been sort of charting to avoid pregnancy until now.

I want to join in the fun!

CD1, and first cycle for me -- I stopped birth control at the end of December and have been spotting for several days now (TMI?), but AF finally showed this morning. For the first time in my life I was very impatient to get my period!

I'm guessing I'll O around February 4/5, so I'll try to stop myself from testing before Feb. 19. I also have a preconception appointment with my GYN on Feb. 8, but I've been taking prenatals, eating healthy less poorly, and exercising more.

I hope we see lots of BFPs in this group over the next few weeks! Is anyone else super excited, but also freaking the eff out? I can't be the only one.

@MarryMeTiffany:  This may be a ridiculous questions but when are you taking the OPK's? I never get a positive when I take them with FMU, they recommend that you take them between 2 and 6pm with a 4 hour urine hold to get the most accurate results. Maybe you've just been testing in the wrong window?

I got a smiley face on my OPK 2 days ago and I took it at 5 PM.  It's my first time using OPK during this TTC process.  I didn't know I was going to be that excited and felt so much joy seeing a smiley face.  I felt a little bit crazy for a sec.  I should've ovulated yesterday which was my CD14 or either today.  I'm just trying to stay positive and calm.

@MarryMeTiffany: I hope you get your positive OPK soon!!  Or have fun BD because you just never know :)

@Running Elley:  I have been using them at 3pm with a 3 hour urine hold. I pee alot during the day so anything of 3 hours and I feel like I'm going to explode. I thought my CM was changing the other day but it was a false alarm :( it's still milky/lotiony.

@MarryMeTiffany:  I'm kind of amazed at how relaxed I am this month. I think breaking that one-year-TTC barrier and going on vacation on CD1 kind of set this month up to be super chill. I love charting and using OPKs, because I'm fairly obsessive anyhow, but it does add a lot of stress when you're first waiting for AF to end, then waiting for a positive OPK, then waiting for a temperature spike, then waiting for AF to show (or not) again. We'll see how things go this time...not sure if I can give up my OPKs for good.

today is CD7.  So far my temps have been up and down like crazy.  DH and I are just trying to BD alot more during the time leading up to and right after when I typically O.  For some reason I am feeling more anxious this month.  Probably because the doctor gave me 2 months to get pg before they intervene......

Ugh my chart is insane this month and like a lot of you ladies I'm just hoping I O at this point. I usually do on CD17, but I'm now on CD19 and I've got nada. We've BD'ed like crazy people despite DH's slipped disc, so it would really suck if I just didn't O at all this go around.

@FutureJessicaMcB:  That's awful that your doctor made you feel that way. I've actually heard the opposite, that it's good for you to test early and know because if you have more than one chemical pregnancy it might mean that there is something wrong with the implanting. I can't remember which bee said that their doctor recommended it, but someone did.
