I ADORE the name Luca!!!

I’ll have to ponder middle names, though…

ETA: How many syllables is the last name?

I love both of those names! I think Liliana should be spelled with one “n,” though.

For middle names, I’d go a traditional route like John, David, or Alexander. Do you have any family members you can look to for inspiration?

I really love both of those names! For a middle name, what about Nicholas or Thomas? I’m not sure what kind of sound you are going for, but those two come to mind! I really like the 2 N’s, Lilianna.

Well, are you going for LiliANA or LiliANNA?  That should/ might dictate how you spell it.

For some reason I can’t get Luca Daniel out of my head.

@BellaDee:  I figured your last name was very Italian, that’s why I thought a kinda run of the mill middle name would tone it down a little? Or at least balance it out. You could always go with your husband’s name as a middle name.

Honestly, though, if you like another Italian name, stick it in the middle. Why not? My kids will have an all Spanish name and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.

Great names! Is your maiden name Italian? You could use that as your son’s middle name! That’s what we’re planning to do someday with my super-Italian maiden name.

I also like Luca Rafaele/Raphael, Luca Michael, and Luca Sebastian(o).

And I prefer one n!

@BellaDee:  I knew a girl whose name was AdriANNA but went by AdriANA and some people found it confusing. I like the simplicity of the one N and how Conchetta has one N. Then again,  I usually prefer to spell things phoneticallty.

One N for Liliana.

With a 3 syllable last name I’d go with a short middle name for Luca.  I like Luca Scott or Luca James.
