The second one makes you look taller and slimmer. I like that one.
I like how the first one hugs your body really nicely and the second ones makes your butt look...odd? I feel like the second will show whatever you choose to wear under it and the plainer skirt isn't as interesting. You look great in both though, just slightly better in the first!
I like the cleaner lines of the second one and the buttons!
I don't think the backside issue that rabbit mentioned will be a problem at all when the dress is in your size
You guys are being extremely helpful, keep the feedback coming! As far as either of the dresses making me look taller I should've mentioned that I'm only 5'0" so the odds of anything making me look tall are pretty slim lol! Especially next to my fiance who is 6'3" :D
From looking at the pictures my first take is to say the first one fits better on you. The heavy ruching emphasizes your curves. Then you mentioned that you were only 5' tall so they would have to lop off a large chunk of that dress to fit you. Doing so might make the first dress make you look smaller. When you order the dress, will the little flower go higher up on your leg (like mid-thigh closer to your hip) or will it stay at the same place it is now (almost by your knee)? Leaving it where it is now might chop you off thus making you look shorter. If that is the case I go with the 2nd dress. The clean lines toward the bottom give you more length.
When it is tailored for me the flower will go up a little higher. Here is a pic of how it fits on a taller person if that helps.
I don't mind appearing short. I've quite accepting that I will always be short and don't often attempt to appear taller. I don't even wear heels :)
With the flower higher, I think the first one will look fantastic (that was my only issue with dress #1). I think it also makes your waist look teeny tiny!
I think the second one is more flattering, it elongates your shape and makes you look much slimmer than the first one does.
My dress is Paloma Blanca 3906, so of course I voted for that one! I just love it!
I don't know which is which to vote in the poll. But I like the first one. Makes you look like Jessica Rabbit! And I like the back better too.
the second one. it is very flattering...you look beautiful! congrats :)

I think you look thinner in the Mikaella gown (your hourglass shape is more pronounced), but I love, love, love the buttons on the Paloma Blanca gown! I want those buttons on my gown!!! I actually am thinking of getting the Mikaella 1414 because I'm well-endowed on top and I felt a little more "secure" in a straighter neckline v. the sweetheart... but, if you've got it, you might really want to flaunt it! The 1414 also had those cool buttons... I'm probably not helping you out, but those are my 2 cents. You really look stunning in both. How exciting!! :)
My how time flies! I did indeed decide and went with the Mikaella 1406 look. I ordered a custom made one from China due to my unique measurements and desire to increase the support on top by raising the back. It arrived yesterday and is beautiful!!!!!!!
Can you also tell me where you purchased your dress? Were you happy with it?
Thanks!

I have been having a lot of trouble deciding between the Mikaella 1406 and the Paloma Blanca 3906. Ay! Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
