Hi - sorry if this is TMI! For nursing moms who got their periods, did you notice a decrease in milk before and during? This last week my production is nearly half of what it was, and I'm trying to pump as much as I can to keep it up (I work part time and we're not nursing him at night). Does this change once it's over?
Or is this because some days I only nurse him once in the morning and pump the rest of the time? I'm so nervous - I really want to nurse for a year and I have 5 months left!
