Weddingbee boards

Hi Wisconsin Bees!  I'm trying to find a nice venue for the ceremony and reception.  We're getting married 10-01-10, so probably indoor.  I'm thinking maybe a 2:30ish ceremony so it could possibly still be outside, and having the reception earlier, because we're going to be having young children. 

Basically, I want a place that's pretty, inside and out, with a lawn, that isn't too big.  I've scoured the Milwaukee county parks website, and have found the Brown Deer Boathouse, which is really pretty on the outside.

It would be perfect for our ceremony, I just don't know what it looks like other than from that picture!  I can't find any other pictures of the place anywhere.  When I called the Parks line with questions, the woman I talked to said she had gotten married there, and that it was beautiful.

Anyway, do any of you Milwaukee brides know anything about this place?  It's super cheap, and would fit into our tiny budget perfectly, but if it's not nice...yeah, then it might not.

Thoughts?  Experiences?  Anything is appreciated :D
