I would like to know as well!  I'm actually planning on having mini apple sparkling cider bottles as favors but I like your idea and it's something I may consider.

I'm doing Prosecco (slightly cheaper than champagne) and we just went to our local liquor store and picked out a few bottles we liked and asked if they came in the smaller single serve sizes (187 ml).  We are going to order a couple cases (they're giving us a discount since we're ordering by case).  At least this way you know what it tastes like.  I'd be afraid ordering from some of the online stores that caters to weddings because you don't know what brand of champagne you're getting and it could taste gross.  Just a thought.

    Wal-mart!

I got mine there (we filled them with m&m's). They were clear and came with labels, but we never figured out how to print them out on our printer so we skipped them and just wrapped a ribbon around the top of the bottles.

They were either 19.00 or 21.00 for 20 or 30 of them. I can't remember the exact amount, but at any rate, they weren't too expensive.

I was going to suggest going to your local liquor store like @Jennifer20 did.  If they're feeling generous, they can most likely get you your champagne at wholesale price, which is dramatically lower than retail price, especially if you're ordering a lot.
