I must say, I look much better than last fall!
Anyone else spending a bit more time in front of the mirror these days, ogling the awesome changes as your body gets more fit and sleek? I’ll admit that I gave myself a nice looking over today

I wish that was my case The only thing I am happy about is getting tanner!

TOTALLY – – haahaaahaahaa
I began running two weeks ago – prepping for the Seattle Rock-N-Roll 1/2 Marathon and no joke in only two weeks I can totally feel the difference in my clothes, diet, and next it will sure be the looks. My face first then my arms, haahaahaa

Oh, I wish! If anything I think my tummy looks worse. lol.

@ jackie-o – good luck with your training! 1/2 marathons are no joke – the most I venture is a 5k (then I get bored and want to do something besides running!).

Me too! I’m three months in to a health kick! I was too scared to weigh myself for the first two months, but in the last month I have lost 2.4 kgs, which is about 5lbs, I know it’s not much, but I’ve also toned up quite a bit (I finally have a firm bum!), Fiance can’t start telling me how great I look which is a huge encouragement and I’m getting so much fitter! I try to exercise 4 times a week a mix of running, boxing, cycling, pilates, swimming and core training with weight. It’s great and I still treat myself to the odd subway cookie!

Me too! 😉
I’m training for my first race ever, I wanted to do a 5k and then realised that my regular training was 6k, so I entered the 10k… I wish I could do a half marathon someday. I really admire the bees who can! My hubby will be running the half maraton…
Anyway, my new year’s resolution in Jan2009 was to get rid of thigh and rear cellulite, and I must say, it looks much, much better! Took one year of very regular cycling and running to burn that fat.
Few years ago, I was a size 12 pushing on 14… I started a diet, and dropped to a size 8, which I was very comfortable with. With my “no more cellulite” plan, I dropped to a size 4 now.
So I do too, look better than last fall, and I’m very very happy for all the other bees who can say the same! And sending good, positive vibes to the ones that wish they could. 😉

I just got my hair cut today 🙂 And my stylists simply dried my hair and it looks amazing.
I also lost 3 pounds while I was in europe last 2 weeks so that made me happy.
6 more months to the wedding… time to take everything a little more seriously so I can lose the last 3 pounds that I want!

I’m looking tanner so I love that 😉 makes me look more toned (and when I say “tan” for me that is just not super white hehe)
I hope I am a little smaller in the waist at my fitting on March 31st!! I only wanna loose 10-15lbs but those last pounds are the hardest….:(
I also wanna tone up!
but good for you @goldilocks…that’s awesome!!!!! I am heading to the gym tomorrow and I did the shred today and went to the gym yesterday so this week has been good overall…

Awesome! @Goldilocks doesn’t that feel great? I have lost 12 and can finally FEEL and SEE the work I have been putting in and im not going to lie I have been checking in the mirror alot more. It’s really hard to feel great about losing weight/toning up when it takes so darn long!

Great job ladies! I’m about ready to whip out a swimsuit to see how “bikini ready” I am (and to justify buying a new cute one – hey, I can always bring it on the honeymoon right!)
Some days I think “hmm, getting a little vain, are we?” But then I tell myself “Nope – you’ve worked hard, you deserve some mirror time – ogle away!”
