We decided on mismatched bridesmaids dresses, however the colours we ordered are slightly different to those received.
I was thinking that the dresses would be okay, if all of the girls wore the same cardigan (caramel coloured, image two) and similar boots? I’m thinking that I might wear a caramel coloured cardigan too (either the same as the bridesmaids, or the same colour but slightly different style??)
We’re having a farm/country/relaxed winter wedding.
The dresses (and guys ties) are in the first picture… then pictures that have inspired the general theme of the wedding are in picture two (we are having burlap/lavender flowers, etc).
Would appreciate your thoughts?

I think these colors look nice! Should be a beautiful wedding!

If there is any sort of shoulder decoration on the dresses (like in the first photo montage), I think it would be better to get caramel colored pashminas instead.

@OzWinterBride: They go great together, colourful but still soft

skip the cardigans! they look awesome as they are. similar or the same boots would help tie them together, and similar or the same bouquets, jewelry, hair styles, etc.

@Anise: That was my thought too! Cardigans would cover up the lovely shoulder details and pashminas would be a nicer complement. Matching shoes could also be used to tie the party together.

I love the colors! I do agree about pashminas though. The flowers may look bulky underneath cardis.
Also OP, can I ask what tool you used to create that collage? I’ve been using Picisto to create a similar vision board for my BMs not on Pinterest, but have lost work multiple times due to it timing out. Thanks!

Thank you so very much for all of your lovely comments 🙂 I really appreciate your input. I’m feeling a little bit better about the dresses now I think… Was having a bit of a last minute panic and thinking that I’d made all the wrong decisions.
I’ll have a look for some caramel coloured pashminas 🙂 Do you think I should wear a similar coloured pashmina or cardigan to the reception? Or something different?
The girls will all be wearing similar shoes and accessories.
littletop: I just used screenshots, then pasted into photoshop and cropped and edited. But you could probably do the same thing in paint?
Thanks once again lovely bees.
(PS. This is my second try at a reply, I posted a reply before, but it hasn’t shown up?)
