I’ve wanted my bridesmaid dresses to be mismatched from the beginning. For me, it is a lot harder than I thought it would be!!2 of my girls have their dresses picked out. I originally wanted shades of blush but decided maybe a little darker color would like too, since it will be almost fall time.
I’m having a vintage, rustic/romantic barn wedding. My flowers are all blush, light peach, white, light pink.
I need to know if these colors look good together. I have been driving myself crazy thinking about it! Is it too “rainbow” like or is it perfect? The middle dress and the far right darker colored dresses have already been purchased. The other 3 might not be the exact dess but that would be te exact color.
Here is my other option.
The way the dresses are placed in the pictures is the way they will be standingn during the ceremony.
Please vote and tell me and not going crazy!!:) This is by far the hardest part so far, crazy right?! lol

I think they all look great! I do prefer number 2 though:)

@soontobehisbride: I think they both look fantastic(coming from another bride doing mismatched bridesmaids) but if I had to pick, I pick the second grouping.

I’m doing a mismatched bridal party, but my party consists of 1 MOH and 2 FGs.
I think either 1 or 2 is fine! Go with what fits your bridesmaids, fit-wise. Then, go from there! You are probably worrying too much! 😉
(I’m not a big fan of one-shoulder dresses; it’s only flattering on smaller figures, so I would lean towards Set #2)

I think the colors look great, in either combination. I would leave the choice up to the bridesmaids that will actually be wearing them.

@soontobehisbride: I also agree that either combination is fine. Let the bms decide which dresses they prefer.

I voted for the second picture! I think it’s great!

I prefer the 2nd one as it has 2 of the darker dusty pink color which makes it look more “even” of that makes sense.

@soontobehisbride: it’ll look best if you have 2 or more of the darker color or none of it. Since one already bought that color, I’d go with option #2. Very nice look

I voted number one. The color variation transitions are softer. Number 2 looks choppy with the two dark dresses IMO. I’m doing mismatched dresses too 🙂 love your colors!!

You have all calmed me so much. Thank you!

I like the colors and the dresses, but I would be sure that you have more than one of the darker tones, other wise it will stand out too much, unless your honor attendant is wearing it!
