You could always buy the pricier pasteurized eggs. then you don't have to worry about the runny eggs. I love eggs benedict, too =]
Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast food (and also my husband's, too!). Yum!!
LOL! The whole generation is ridiculous on the hunger scale for me. I do have a weakness for eggs though. MMM!

Wait, you can't eat runny eggs when you're pregnant? How did I not know that?? Man, what a bummer! And yeah, this whole brunch generation just makes me want breakfast foods allll the time!
haha there's a place near my FH's apartment that makes crabcakes benedict. they're... AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't eat runny egg yolks OR Brie when I get pregnant?!?!?! Two of my greatest loves in life?! Just one more reason to put off the baby-making for a few more years.
@hamster: Holy crap, I just had a minor freak out at the prospect of not being able to eat these. o.O No buns in the oven if I can't get my salami!
You can eat deli meat if you heat it up in the microwave! Not really the same, though, I guess.
I'm pregnant and never heard that about runny eggs! Ooops, good thing I haven't eaten too many I guess!
Mmmm and tartlet checking in to make all us fruit-lovers hungry too!
Also, you girls are totally bumming me out with the things that future-pregnant me won't be able to eat.. Over-easy eggs are my favorite!! The BF thinks they're gross but makes them for me anyway.. 
Now I am torn between being hungry and lamenting food losses during my hypothetical someday pregnancy! ;)
Seriously, since becoming a bee all I've been is just starving! The brunch icons haunt me. ;)
I'm not an EB fan (the food - I love the Bee!!). But the thought of not being able to eat soft cheese when I'm prego. Oy.
And, yes. This whole food generation for brunch has me drooling everytime I read a post from one of them!
I LOVE eggs benedict. I've had eggs benedict (with smoked salmon of course) on pancakes before at a place called Pancakes in Paradise - SO GOOD!
@lox: Miss Lox I've been meaning to ask, what is Lox? The icon looks like smoked salmon and capers on a bagel, is that lox? (I'm Australian so it may just be something I've never heard before).
And not being able to eat runny eggs or brie whilst pregnant is a complete and utter bummer! Too much paw-paw (papaya) is bad too apparently.

ok, everytime I see a post by blogger Miss Eggs Benedict ....I am starving! Yep, I see that tasty little picture & I'm instantly wanting to go out for breakfast/brunch! Yummmmmm ..... what makes it worse...I'm pregnant & can't eat runny eggs! I love some soft middle eggs!
