You need to have your marriage certificate and ID to change your name at SS. They will ask what you want your name to be and give you a temporary card until the new one comes in the mail.

@FutureHarp: omg it is terrible. I smell his pillow all the time because I miss him so much. I may actually "borrow" his workshirt and wear tomorrow. I don't even get a chance to make him breakfast because I leave way too early. He usually gets home an hour after I leave which sucks. Oh well... sigh.
AND we have a mouse in the house :(. My nine year old tried to catch it while my stepdaughter, stepson and I stood in chairs lol. My nine year old tries to be the man when hubby is gone. I think he would have fainted if the mouse ran back out lol

@MissAsB: is it a cost? and it was quite hilarious. The baby sitter even came over but the poor mouse is probably too scared to come back out. I hope we can catch it and let it out, although the cats in the neighborhood would probably put an end to it too quickly. I should have called my bestie she has pets like these lol

@arclee: I think that tonight or wednesday is his last day of this schedule. I sure hope we don't make any little ones after this lol!! last time he got off his night schedule we had our little angel surprise.
@MissAsB: she fosters pet rats. I am scared to death at her house. She teases me but I remind her that black people don't do these things lmao!!! that's my excuse for everything black people don't last long in this situations or i'll just play jessica simpson dumb :D
Awwww, I'm sorry you all miss your hubbys so much, but I think it's very sweet that you love them so much.
We are on different schedules too. Hopefully, you can all get some good Q time soon.
Ahaha, cute! Every time he switches off of night switch you can celebrate by adding another little one! It could be your ritual.
I miss my FI... He left right after Thanksgiving and he'll be in Georgia until right before the wedding. Me and our girl are going to be racking up the miles the next few months. :(

He and I are now on opposite schedules which means we don't get to see each other in the mornings at all and only briefly in the evenings. Well, today, I took a full route which means I didn't get to see him at all :(. We actually passed each other on the highway while we were on the phone and waved. I hate that we're working opposite schedules but I suppose the bills need to be paid.
Sigh. On a better note, I finally figured out how to sign my new name lol!!! Does anyone know what I need to do to change my name at the social security office? Do I just bring in the ID and marriage certificate?
