I'd suggest looking at www.figleaves.com , they have a ton of stuff in more difficult to find sizes...
Sigh. I am right there with you, soon.to.be.person. I am a 32G and my dress has a low back as well. I looked at a couple of sites (figleaves, like Nexus-6 recommended, and also goddess.com), but no such luck. I am having a corset bra custom-made in San Francisco . . . I'm hoping the price won't be too crazy!
I had a low back V on my dress and wear a D cup. I actually had my seamstress modify the only longline bra that would fit me properly. She did a great job and it made my day SO much easier. Perhaps you could talk to a seamstress about altering a bra for you...

MrsK2be - How much was the alterations to modify the longline? If it fits in the chest, but does not have the low back, was it a complicated job, or fairly straight forward for the seamstress?
I'm a 32DD, and I bought a Fantasie Ivory Rose Backless Strapless Underwired Bra on BiggerBras.com. I don't think they carry that specific style anymore, but you might be able to find it elsewhere online! It is GREAT, though I don't know that it'll be low enough for you. You might check out BiggerBras.com- I've ordered bras on that site several times, and am always pleased.
It was a very simple job for my seamstress (or so she said...)basically she just took what was a 12 hook back and modified it down to a 6 hook back. IT still fit fine and provided plenty of support.
I'm in exactly the same situation! my wonderful perfect dress that I adore has a low back and I always wear minimizers. I am a 32DD/34D and wearing a corset type bra pushes the girls OUT of the dress. when i have my minimizer strapless on it looks perfect- except that it shows in the back.

I am a 34DD, looking for a longline or strapless bra - but it must have a low back as my Casablanca 1827 dips in the back. Also, I am NOT a fan of push-up bras that push my chest up to my neck - in fact, I wear minimizer bras often! I have been researching and researching...looking on this blog as well as others...and gooling. I have not been able to find anything that has a low back and fills the other items. Ugh...My Beautiful Bees...please help me :)
