I've answered in those threads before, but I think it's a waste of money. All the forms you need are available online for free, and others, like for work/school/etc, they won't have anyway. The main ones are just DMV, SS, passport if you have one. Not so bad, really =)

Has anyone used this service? Is it worth it? It seems like it might be- they lay out most of the things you need to do to change your name. I know I'll forget something, plus I commute a long time each day and I have very little free time. But I'd love to hear from someone who used it
