OOh-
Take a look at Mildale Farm:

Depending on the size of your guest list-you could use any of their different venues. I was thinking about using their facilities myself, but this allergy season has been so terrible I've reconsidered.
There's also Laurel Brooke Farm, depending on which side of town you're from.

I hope this helps!
Check out Powell Gardens at PowellGardens.org We're having ours there, they have an open air barn that is too die for. It's about 35 miles east of KC down 50 HWY.

I could definitely use some suggestions. I have this bare bones idea for a wedding which includes a barn and I envision soft lighting hanging from the ceiling candles... maybe branch style trees with white lights... obviously you can tell that it's in its formative stages. I'm looking for a well kept barn somewhere in the rural areas east of Kansas City. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
