Just wanted to get all of your opinions :-).

My wedding set is white gold, but I found some awesome gold toned and crystal jewelry that might go well with my dress.  Is it okay to mix gold tones?  Or is it better to stay within one color?  We do have light yellow gold/champagne accents as part of our wedding color scheme, so I don't know what would look best.  My dress has a champagne colored sash on it, if it helps.

    Thanks in advance! :-)

EDIT: Here is my dress (ivory with champagne sash) as a reference:

I voted yes, because I don't think that people are going to inspect you and mention that your jewelery doesn't perfectly match your wedding rings! Wear what you love! =)

My rings are white gold but I will probably wear silver jewelry or pearls. As long as I look pretty I don't really care if it matches, hehe.

@miss_scarlet: Thanks!  I didn't think it mattered too much, but sometimes I'm a little OCD and like things to match :-).

    Anyone else? Shameless bump :-)

My shoes are champagned colored with rhinestones.  So here is the set I was thinking about that is yello gold-toned:

Or would this set go better?  This is what my mom wanted originally (she found it, so she obviously thinks this is the best).  Would the pearls go with the dress?

Personally, I like the first one way better than the pearls, but that's just me.

I think it is okay to mix gold tones; however, I prefer the jewelry your mom picked over the other set. I think thet pearls would go much better.

I am not a fan of mixing gold but that isn't to say it can't be done right and look good. It is just a personal preference.
