Did you have to show that when I am STARVING?
The FH is a great cook, and now that it is getting warm, it is bbq season and I will not have to pick up a pan until the snow flies.
@tksjewelry: lol sorry, just had to share. MMMM bbq (insert Homer Simpson voice)
When I first met FI he cooked for me and I thought he liked to do it all the time.. then I moved in and was unemployed for a while and he worked 50 hours a week so he stopped cooking all together and I took over. Now that we both work, he is my assistant in the kitchen-- my time spent unemployed in a country where he is the only person I knew turned me into an incredible chef so I like to take the lead.
My hubby to be is very limited in what he can cook, but he makes the best pancakes ever : )
FI doesn't cook a lot for just me, but we cook together all the time. Its kind of one of our things.
FI cooks all the time, although if we were to work it out I think we cook about 50/50. Our kitchen is too small to have two people in.

Look at what my amazingly talented husband made me for dinner last night, yummy paella, arent I a lucky wife. My DH cooks most nights, weeknights he makes low cal healthy food (still delicious) but on the weekend is usually his time to create a feast, he loves cooking and is very good, he is always buying books and magazines and watching cooking shows. Does anyone else's SO have this passion?
