    Okay, before you freak out that the size chart is wrong… how do you know your bust sizes? If you are basing it on the bras you buy, you are wrong. If you and your mother were professionally measured by a bridal salon or seamstress (not a lingerie specialist), you are right.

    If you are right, have a seamstress measure the dress so you have proof the size chart is wrong and then demand a refund.

    Hopefully you can get it sorted out. In terms of the bust size, if your full bust is 38 inches and the dress should fit to 38 inches, it *should* fit, but keep in mind if your breasts are larger because of the bra you’re wearing or if you’ve had any slight weight change, etc, it can change the fit of the dress across your bust. Depending on the fabric too, there might not be a lot of give to it. Definitely have your seamstress measure the dress, and have your mother professionally measured and go from there.
