    Hello bees,

I am trying to incorporate feathers into my wedding. This is a mock up of something that I want to use to line the aisle. Right now it is being held together with scotch tape. My venue won't allow rose petals of any kind and I don't want to use an aisle runner.

Please tell me what you think. I just need to know if you think I am going in a good direction.

    Thank you.

Looks great! I like how they aren't too OMG FEATHERS - in fact you coule probably afford to go thicker with the feathers, the one spot off-centre looks a little bald compared to the rest of it.

Thank you all for your comments :-)

    I was a little worried...

@Drums: Yeah, I know it is a little off center. It is just a mock up, so It is being held together with scotch tape. Once I get the real adhesive on there it shouldn't be off center or bald :-)

Is that vase being used just to prop up the flowers?

@Birdie Love: The flowers are one of the poms that I made that I just have sitting on top of the vase and feathers.

Anyone else before I start the final product.

I am trying to bring a little bit of the garden inside by doing this. We are getting married in a Victorian setting, so I thought these would do well.

I like it!  I think it is a nice way to tie in the feathers without being OMG feathers.  Great sizes and color.

@Nola: Thank you :-) I appreciate your comment. I really didn't want to overpower everything with feathers. I just want something simple.

Just as a question, will you be using that vase or was it just to show the flowers and feathers?

@SweetRose2011: It is a mock up with what I am using.
