Wow, both of those dresses look so good “IRL”, less like artists renditions or sketches.

Also, love the cap sleeves addition on your dress SellyJo. And your hairpiece (aswell as the dress) applecat.

SellyJo:  I think your dress is much prettier on you with the cap sleeves.  I love the cap sleeve look.

applecat:  I love the illusion neckline.  I agree the dress is much prettier on you than the model!

I think mine looks a bit different because I’m a bit shorter than the model, so the ruffles start higher on me. Loved my dress!

I honestly think most of the time, the models are too thin.  Who wants to see breast bones sticking out on strapless dresses.  I just want to fix most of them a nice steak and tell them to eat!  I am not a fan of the bony look.  Espeacially as we age (I am old).  Bony people look older.

SellyJo:  thank you! Lol, my bridesmaid actually didn’t want me to try it on at all because she really disliked the model picture, but once I put it on we all loved it! 🙂

Mrs.Daly:  bkprettygirl:  Mrs.Sawyertobe:  Wow thanks ladies!!

Mrs.Sawyertobe:  Haha I am skinny/bony (just the way I’ve always been) and that was part of my reasoning for not wanting a strapless dress. I felt like it just accentuated my bony-ness.

SellyJo:  I’ll play, since I got some new pictures at the weekend! Admittedly in the sample, since mine’s currently being deconstructed for alterations, but still…

And then me…

Sorry for the picspam, I couldn’t decide which photo was the least unflattering, so you got all of them.
