I keep thinking about these for some reason!! Which I think would be really cute in white or in your yellow and grey colors :)
Both would be really easy to DIY as well, although a little time consuming!
I also really like these globe like lights that could work for you as well :)

@tksjewelry: I know they are so simple, but make such a statement! And would cost so little to DIY! I think the globes could be DIY'ed but would take a lot more effort and money!

Those globe lights are light fixtures in the bar at the Dream Hotel In New York. They are built in light fixtures that likely cost thousands of dollars.
Here is an idea I saw recently- a takeoff on grapevine balls but with a clean, modern interpretation.

Have you asked your venue if you are allowed to hang things from the ceiling. I'm not trying to burst your bubble but I know alot of places dont allow this.

There is nothing fancy about the ceilings at our venue and I need some ideas to pretty it up a little bit. I am looking for really modern ideas. I want something modern, simple, with clean lines, yet romantic. I don't want to drape the ceiling or hang paper lanterns because i've seen that at basically every other wedding i've gone to and I don't want that at mine. Anybody have ideas please??? :)
