I’m only 2 and a half months but I’ve heard that in the 2nd trimester the morning sickness and extreme fatigue has lifted. However, with twins I’ve also heard the symptoms are twice as bad and so she still might be feeling pretty icky. One of the Bridesmaid or Best Man in my wedding was 5 or 6 months along that day and she seemed perfectly fine (as perfect as a pregnant woman can get :)).

One of my colleages is 19 weeks pregnant with twins (her second pregnancy) and although she “feels OK”, sizewise, she is larger than I am at 7 months. So I can only imagine that your Maid/Matron of Honor at 5 months will be quite big and that might make her uncomfortable.

My Mother-In-Law said she got VERY tired around the 5 month mark and that’s when they had her stop working.  Her boys were very large for twins, 8lbs 1oz & 6lbs 13oz, so that also contributed to her tiredness I’m sure.

I’m sure your Maid/Matron of Honor will be getting farily uncomfortable and easily tired at that point, so that’s something you might want to take into consideration when planning what she’ll wear and be doing for your wedding.

My cousin is currently pregnant with twins and is around 5 months. She is measuring as someone who is full term and would be ready to give birth if there is only one. She is feeling fine, just pretty tired. The doctors suggested that she take 2 naps per day and that would help her to not go on bed rest.

I would just make sure that you are understanding and allow her to do everything at her own pace. She may need to take naps in between the festivites or go to bed early than the rest of the group, but she should be fine to do most of the stuff.
